Happy Fourth of July from the DEFCON 1 team. Okay, there’s only me. So have a great Independence Day from me, and don’t forget to hoist the colors today!
“The essence of flexibility is in the mind of the commander; the substance of flexibility is in logistics.”
– Rear Admiral Henry Eccles, U.S. Navy
Welcome to the latest edition of the number one Defense Career Opportunities Newsletter, “DEFCON-1,” a networking newsletter featuring job opportunities and career advice for those who are part of the global defense, aerospace and security industry.
This is a cooperative network. That means everyone’s participation is required to provide job opportunities to share. When you learn about a job opportunity in the defense sector, such as a position that comes open with your company, you send me the title, organization, location, and a brief description; link; or contact information, and I’ll share.
If you are seeking employment and want to pitch yourself before hiring managers in the defense industry, send me (lundquist989@cs.com) your pitch and I’ll post, one at a time (so there might be a queue, but there is no queue now) and always first.
Transitioning, or changing your e-mail address? Don't forget to change your DEFCON – 1 subscription. To unsubscribe, send a blank e-mail from the old account to DCO-unsubscribe@topica.com. Then a blank e-mail from your new account to DCO-subscribe@topica.com.
I never give out, rent, or sell my list, and neither does Topica.
