I have contacted Topica and they have informed me that Topica is experiencing technical difficulties with its discussion lists. I tried sending the JOTW newsletter several times in the past two days, as well as a number of test messages. I guess they're all still in the queue, and when the problem is fixed you'll get a bunch of stuff from me. I apologize for the inconvenience.
