• A high level proficiency in writing including writing for the web, business correspondence, feature articles and news/PR writing along with superb grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred

▪ Attend after hours community events as required.
▪ Work and create within property-specific marketing budgets.
▪ Breakout of responsibilities: 85% project management (20% -plan, prioritize projects and deliverables, 20% -interact with property managers and support specific programs, 20% -content creation, 20% -monitor/post social media and supervise PR agency, 5% -create outstanding PowerPoint presentations) and 15% corporate and global strategy (revamp corporate website, manage brand, work on big picture projects).

• Demonstrated success in developing and managing internal communications across multiple business units.
• Experience in crisis communications and adept at managing complex and sensitive business issues.
• Experience in working effectively with employees at all levels throughout the organization and demonstrated ability to provide decisive recommendations and strategic counsel to Executive Staff Members, Vice Presidents, Business Directors, and others.
• Experience in managing internal staff and external resources for high performance
• Experience in developing and managing departmental and project specific budgets

20 robbers in six fishing boats approached and came alongside a laden barge under tow. 10 robbers boarded the barge and began to steal the cargo of scrap iron. At 1940 LT, the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency team (MMEA) boarded the tug and barge for investigation.

A speedboat with four person on board armed with guns approached and fired upon a drifting tanker. The vessel raised the alarm and all crew retreated to the citadel. The crew were able to get underway by starting the main engine. After a few hours the crew safely emerged from the citadel.
