Maritime Security 2015 West provides discussion and collaboration on strategies and technologies to counter maritime security threats encountered by governments, law enforcement, and port/terminal owners and operators. Interactive workshop sessions are designed to give all conference participants the actionable knowledge on how to better secure their maritime areas of responsibility, mainly by stressing the importance of collaboration, efficiency, and best practices. Each topic will be addressed by relevant perspectives of those who have implemented successful strategies and technologies in their maritime security operations.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Will be supporting the Missile Defense Agency in the area of cost analysis. Will be working on site at MDA Dahlgren Facilities. Background in DoD Life Cycle Cost Estimation (LCCE). Ability to brief at the Flag level. Interaction with Govt and contractor personnel and good communications skills. Ability to work alone. Development of CARD
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Operations Research. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 5-10 years of work experience
- Background in DoD cost estimating and analysis. Knowledge of MS office suite with proficiency in Excell. Strong communications skills. ACEIT a plus. Strong Math background. Proficient in Risk Modeling.
- US Citizenship is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain and retain the designated Government clearance (Secret). Must have an active Secret clearance.
