IQ Solutions, located in Rockville, Maryland outside of Washington D.C., is currently looking for a Contact Center Director to oversee a large contact center in the area of oncology/cancer. Knowledge and experience with Contact Center operations is essential. Familiarity with cancer terminology and the various types of cancers is strongly desired. Knowledge of NIH and NCI is strongly preferred.
