Duty officer onboard an anchored container ship noticed three persons in a skiff approaching the vessel. Master and crew notified, and fire hoses directed towards the skiff resulting in the persons aborting and moving away. After around 30 minutes the crew noticed the skiff approaching again, but due to the hardening measures, the skiff moved away. Port Control notified.
