CCA is currently seeking candidates in its Manchester, NH location for the role
of Director of Conventions and Event Management. Responsibilities include
researching, investigating, negotiating and selecting sites for member
meetings/conventions and incentive travel; developing plans with senior
management and implementing those plans; developing and meeting budgets both
within the department and for other user-departments; negotiating contracts and
developing external supplier relationships that meet the company’s short and
long-term needs, are cost effective, and are uniform and consistent in service;
and managing Meeting Services department.

Qualified candidates will possess the following: a bachelor’s degree and at
least 15 years of progressive meeting, incentive travel, convention and general
management experience; creativity and resourcefulness; analytical skills for
budget preparation and management; considerable amount of initiative and
problem solving required on multiple levels; and excellent organizational and
planning skills.
