The rapid growth and expansion of St. Jude has created a critical need for a seasoned communications professional to develop and lead integrated communication strategies, including the development of new communication channels, for current employees and applicants.  As a Fortune “Best Place to Work” employer, this role requires a dynamic leader with proven success in ensuring the proper communication of institutional culture, vision, and values while also assisting the HR department and executive communications team with change management initiatives.  Other responsibilities include management of three support staff and operating in partnership with our recruitment marketing agency to continue marketing strategies and initiatives.

Successful candidates will have eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in communications, public relations, or similar field that must include at least five (5) years of management experience. Proven experience in social media, delivery of corporate/organizational messaging, change management, strategy development, and project management is also required. Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, Adobe Creative Suite, and other similar software tools strongly preferred.
